Classically made Champagne with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Marne Valley. This blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier is produced in the family’s cellars and aged for at least 18 months prior to disgorgement. The Pinot Meunier gives the blend body and roundness while the Pinot Noir adds the rich fruit and mouthfilling style. The mousse is lively and the fresh balanced taste and the delicacy on the bouquet gives this wine its consistency as the house style.
