Q: Can I choose a mixed case of wine?

A: Yes, of course, just let us know what you would like to order and subject to the wine being available, we will assemble your order accordingly.

Q: I would like some help choosing a product, can you help me with this?

A: Yes we can. Just click on contact us on the top right hand side of our home page, click on our email address and send us a message, or Freephone us on 0800 977 5260.

Q: Can I include a gift message with my order?

A: No problem. Just let us know what you want to say and we will include your message on an appropriate card and include it with your order.


Delivery

Q: How much will the delivery cost?

A: The cost of delivery can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

Q: Do you deliver overseas?

A: Sorry, at the present time we only deliver in the U.K.


Payment

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We accept payment by all major credit cards and U.K. debit cards.

Q: Can I pay for my order on delivery?

A: I'm afraid we cannot accept payment on delivery. All orders must be paid for prior to despatch.

Q: Do your prices include V.A.T.?

A: Yes, all prices shown on our website are inclusive of V.A.T.

Q: Can I have a V.A.T. invoice?

A: Yes, just let us know when you place your order and we will ensure you have a V.A.T. invoice.

Q: Can I pay by cheque?

A: Yes, you can pay by cheque, but the goods will only be delivered when the cheque has cleared through our bank account.

Q: Can I have an account and pay at the end of the month?

A: Sorry, all wine must be paid for before it is despatched.

Q: Do you share my personal information with anyone?

A: No, any information you give us is totally confidential.

A: No, but we have a Wine Warehouse and you are welcome to pop in to have a look around. Please Freephone us on 0800 977 5260 to find out when we will be there.


The Wines

Q: What happens if any wine is out of condition?

A: We require you to keep the bottle concerned and we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced.

Q: What happens if the wine is damaged in delivery?

A: You will need to return the total consignment back to us at the time of receipt via the Courier. Please do not sign for receipt of the goods. You must let us about the problem within 24 hours in order that we can rectify the situation.
