Terms and Conditions
- V.A.T. is included at 17.5 % in the sales price, which may be changed without prior notice subject to Government legislation being announced with a change to V.A.T. rates.
- All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold, errors and omissions excepted.
- This list renders invalid all previous lists.
- Title of wines remain the property of Dorje’s Wine Club Limited until payment has been received in full and all payments cleared.
- Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius, on a minimum order of £100.00 in goods value. A nominal £5.00 delivery charge will be levied on smaller orders, and any order under £50.00 will be charged at £10.00 per consignment.
For deliveries in mainland United Kingdom, but outside our 20 mile radius, there will be a charge of £14.00 per single case, £19.00 per two cases, £24.00 for three cases, £28.00 for four cases and £30.00 for five cases. For delivery of six cases and over there will be no charge.
- Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or cash.
- It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18. We may refuse delivery to anyone who at our discretion cannot provide proof of age.
- With all orders all deliveries will be made as quickly as possible, and where wine is temporarily out of stock we will advise you immediately by email, telephone or in writing. We try to deliver within 14 days of the date of your order, but will not be liable for loss caused by delays in delivery. Please notify us of any damage in writing within three days of delivery, with a corresponding note to the carrier.
